I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York where I was introduced to my first dance class at the age of three. I managed to escape the lake-effect snow and am currently enjoying my third season with the Arizona Cardinals. This is a very exciting year, as I will take on a new role as a captain this season. Throughout high school, I studied dance at the Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts, where I was trained in ballet, contemporary, jazz, and Afro-Caribbean techniques.
After high school, I relocated to Pennsylvania to study at the University of Pittsburgh where I earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in social work. During my time there, I was a member of the nationally ranked University of Pittsburgh Dance Team. I have also been an instructor for Elite Cheerleading and have taught dance and cheer camps across the US.
For three years, I was both a competitor and coach with national champion hip-hop and jazz teams at Fire and Ice All Stars in Pittsburgh. I am currently employed in the social work field as a mental health counselor. In my free time I enjoy trying new dance classes, exercising, traveling and spending time with my family and friends. I am honored to be a part of the Cardinals organization and look forward to an incredible season, cheering the team on to another Super Bowl appearance!
