Hey Cardinals Fans! It’s my fourth year as an Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader. Having the experience of a second-year captain I am prepared for my best year yet. From running practices to performing on game day and supporting our military overseas, I am truly living my dream. It has been a privilege to work for this organization and be apart of all that it has to offer.

From running practices to performing on game day and supporting our military overseas, I am truly living my dream. It has been a privilege to work for this organization and be apart of all that it has to offer.
Outside of cheer I am happily married to my best friend (who happens to be a devoted Cardinals fan, of course). I maintain full-time job at a law firm in downtown Phoenix in the Human Resources department. I’m also smack dab in the middle of completing my Bachelor’s Degree at Arizona State University (Go Devils)!
Last year I had the incredible honor of representing the Cardinals at the 2011 Pro Bowl. It was an inspirational learning experience. I have done my best to bring that inspiration and knowledge to our squad this year. It is a memory I will cherish forever.
This year I will travel to Singapore to spend the Independence Day holiday with our troops. I am very grateful that I have the opportunity to thank them for their service in person. If you have served or are currently serving, thank you for your great sacrifice.
I have the time of my life while I’m dancing on the field; I’m with my best friends doing what we love most. I’ll see you out there! Rise up RED SEA!
