Rookie linebacker O'Brien Schofield
signed a four-year contract Tuesday.

Whether the linebacker can actually get on the field this season for the Cardinals is yet to be determined. But the fourth-round pick does now have a contract.
Schofield signed a four-year with the Cardinals Tuesday. Terms were not disclosed. To make room for Schofield on the roster, the Cards released tackle Devyn Tyler, an undrafted rookie out of Temple.
The move means the Cardinals have two unsigned draft picks with training camp starting Saturday: second-round linebacker Daryl Washington and first-round nose tackle Dan Williams . Talks have been ongoing with both players, and general manager Rod Graves said late last week he remains hopeful both will be signed to start camp.
Getting Washington under contract seems likely. Williams could be stickier. But neither is out of the ordinary at this point. In 2008, second-round pick
