Cardinals Preparatory Academy got some good news last week when Albertsons made a donaton of $5,000 to help the school in the Sunnyslope area of Phoenix. Albertson's also made a $5,000 donation to the Children's Angel Foundation on behalf of the Cardinals.
Delivering the checks to the team's Tempe facility were the president of Albertsons Southwest Division, Shane Dorcheus, and the vice president of Marketing and Merchandising for Albertsons Southwest Division, Ken Diehl. Both met with coach Ken Whisenhunt for the official check presentation.
