A look at the Cardinals' division rivals during Week 15

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS

Last time out: 49ers 33, Buccaneers 14

Record:  10-4 overall, 4-1 in the division

Snapshot: San Francisco had a 17-point lead cut to six early in the fourth quarter, but put together a 10-minute, 27-second drive which resulted in a field goal to move ahead by two possessions. On the ensuing kickoff, Kendall Hunter recovered a fumble and returned it for a touchdown to put the game out of reach.

Notable: Quarterback Colin Kaepernick was 19-of-29 for 203 yards passing with two touchdowns and added seven carries for 39 yards. He extended the long fourth-quarter drive twice on third down, once with his arm and once with his legs.

Quotable: Coach Jim Harbaugh on his quarterback’s performance: ‘Kaepernick really put on his cape,” he told 49ers.com.

Key number: 20. Running backs which have eclipsed the 1,000-yard rushing mark in seven different seasons, including Frank Gore, after he topped the yardage total against Tampa Bay.

Next up: The 49ers host the Falcons in Week 16.

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

Last time out: Seahawks 23, Giants 0

Record: 12-2 overall, 3-1 in NFC West

Snapshot: The Seahawks defense was dominant, intercepting Eli Manning five times and allowing only 25 rushing yards. Cornerbacks Richard Sherman and Byron Maxwell had two picks apiece.

Notable: Seattle will clinch home field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs with a win or a 49ers loss in the final two weeks.

Quotable: Linebacker Bobby Wagner on the shutout: “To come to a team’s home and do that, not a lot of teams do that,” he told Seahawks.com. “So it was a great defensive effort.”

Key number: 23. Wins by Russell Wilson in his first two years, the most by a quarterback in the Super Bowl era.

Next up:  The Seahawks host the Cardinals in Week 16.

ST. LOUIS RAMS

Last time out: Rams 27, Saints 16

Record: 6-8 overall, 1-4 in division

Snapshot: St. Louis jumped out to a 27-3 lead and was never seriously threatened. Defensive end Robert Quinn had two sacks and a fumble recovery as the defense harassed Drew Brees the whole way.

Notable:  Rookie Zac Stacy set a team record by rushing for 106 yards in the first half. He finished with 28 carries for 133 yards and a touchdown.

Quotable:  Quarterback Kellen Clemens, on the team’s play following losses the previous two weeks: “’Resilient’ is the word,” he told StLouisRams.com.

Injury update: Wide receiver Tavon Austin missed the game with an ankle injury he suffered against the Cardinals in Week 14.

Next up: The Rams host the Buccaneers in Week 16.
