The Cardinals added another depth option on the offensive line, re-signing center Daniel Munyer to a one-year contract.

Munyer made the team out of training camp a season ago when few expected it to happen, beating out a pair of Cardinals draft picks. He appeared in one game before getting placed on injured reserve in early November with a toe injury.

The 26-year-old will aim to make the team again in 2018. The Cardinals' top two centers are A.Q. Shipley and Evan Boehm. Munyer has interior offensive line versatility, as he played guard in college at Colorado.

Munyer originally signed with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent in 2015. He made the practice squad and was elevated to the active roster late in the year. He was signed to the Cardinals' practice squad in December of 2016.
