    Quarterback Carson Palmer was knocked from the game in the second quarter with a left arm injury and didn't return. The Cardinals trailed 6-0 when he was injured on an interception. Rams running back Todd Gurley scored a touchdown on the next play and Los Angeles cruised from there.

    Money linebacker Deone Bucannon had his best game of the season as he gets 100 percent healthy following offseason ankle surgery. He finished with 12 total tackles and had an interception in the third quarter.


    Running back Adrian Peterson was held to only 21 rushing yards on 11 carries. He had 134 yards and two touchdowns in his Cardinals debut last week but the ground game never got going in this one.


    Outside linebacker Chandler Jones had his eighth sack of the season in the second quarter. He has at least one sack in six of the Cardinals' seven games this year.
