Pro Career: Entered the NFL as a second-round (57th overall) selection of the Houston Texans in the 2013 NFL Draft. Released on 5/11/15 and claimed off waivers by Tampa Bay Buccaneers on 5/12/15. Released on 11/17/15. Signed to Cardinals practice squad on 12/1/15 and promoted to active roster on 12/8/15. Signed a one-year contract as a restricted free agent on 4/18/16.

2015: Played in 11 total games with the Buccaneers and Cardinals, finishing the season with 19 tackles, two fumble recoveries, one forced fumble and a pass defensed … played in seven games with Tampa Bay and had 11 tackles, one fumble recovery and a special teams tackle before being released on 11/17 … signed to Cardinals practice squad on 12/1 and elevated to active roster on 12/8 … played in last four games and both playoff contests … made Cardinals debut vs. Min (12/10) … started as part of nickel defense and had three solo tackles and a pass defensed @ Phi (12/20); recovered a fumble in the third quarter that led to a TD on the ensuing possession … forced a James Starks fumble on the first play of the third quarter that helped set up a Cardinals TD two plays later vs. GB (12/27); also had two tackles … recorded three tackles vs. Sea (1/3/16) … played on special teams in both playoff games.
