Pro Career: Originally signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted rookie free agent on 3/30/13. Released on 8/30/13. Signed a future contract with Eagles on 1/7/14 and was released on 8/30/14. Added to Cleveland Browns practice squad on 9/9/14, but was released on 9/16/14. Signed to Detroit Lions practice squad on 10/20/14. Released on 11/3/14. Signed future contract with the Lions on 12/30/14 and released on 2/3/15. Signed a one-year contract with Cardinals on 3/25/15. Re-signed to a one-year contact as an exclusive rights free agent on 3/11/16. Released on 9/3/16 and re-signed to Cardinals practice squad on 9/4/16. Elevated to active roster on 9/27/16.

2016: Played in five games with one start and had two catches for 50 yards before going on injured reserve with a wrist injury … also had four special teams tackles and forced and recovered a fumble on special teams … spent first three weeks of the season on Cardinals practice squad … elevated to active roster on 9/27 … played in first career game and had a special teams tackle vs. LAR (10/2) … forced and recovered a fumble by Chris Davis on third-quarter kickoff that led to a Cardinals TD on ensuing possession @ SF (10/6); tied for the team lead with two special teams tackles … recorded first two receptions of his career for 50 yards, including a 27-yard catch in OT vs. Sea (10/23); also had one special teams tackle … made first career start @ Car (10/30) … placed on injured reserve (wrist) on 11/1.

2015: Missed season after being placed on injured reserve (knee) on 9/10.

College: Recorded 39 receptions for 629 yards and six TDs … named a captain as a senior in 2011 and opened the season by totaling eight catches for a game-high 171 yards against Northwestern … suffered a knee injury in the game that caused him to miss the remainder of the season and he was out of football in 2012 … started all 13 games as a junior in 2010 and finished third on the team with 19 receptions for 296 yards and three TDs … also saw time as a defensive end in third-and-long situations … redshirted in 2009 due to injury … had 11 catches for 149 yards and three TDs in 2008 … also had a blocked punt … had one catch as a true freshman in 2007. 

Personal: Name is pronounced “e-FAH-nee MOE-ma” … attended Elwood-John H. Glenn (NY) High School and earned All-State Class B first-team and All-Long Island honors as a senior wide receiver … had 47 receptions for 872 yards and seven TDs  and won the Dragon Award as the top wide receiver in Suffolk County … also played defensive end, totaling 78 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, four sacks, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery … a member of school’s basketball and track teams … older brother, Onyi, played fullback at Hofstra and spent time with the Bills and Bengals during training camp … parents, Nathan and Gloria, are from Nigeria and immigrated to the United States as a couple when they were teenagers so they could attend college … earned degree with double majors in Communications and Economics.
