Originally signed by the Eagles as a rookie free agent on 4/14/07, was released following training camp on 9/2/07 and re-signed to the practice squad on 9/3/07. Signed a future contract on 1/8/08 and was waived on 6/12/08 before signing with the NY Giants 7/27/08. Waived by the Giants on 8/30/08 and re-signed to the practice squad on 8/31/08. Signed to the Giants active roster on 11/29/08 and appeared in four games over the final month of the season. Released by the Giants on 9/5/09 and signed to the Falcons practice squad on 9/22/09. Released by the Falcons on 12/1/09 before re-signing with the Giants practice squad on 12/4/09. Signed by the Cardinals off the Giants practice squad on 1/5/10 and signed a one-year tender with the Cardinals as a restricted free agent on 3/10/10.
2009: Spent the majority of the season on the Atlanta Falcons practice squad before being released and signing to the Giants practice squad on 12/4 … signed by the Cardinals off the Giants practice squad on 1/5/10 and was inactive for both of Arizona’s postseason contests.
2008: Spent the first three months of the season on the Giants practice squad before being elevated to the active roster on 11/29 … appeared in four games for the Giants and collected three tackles, a tackle for loss and a half-sack … made his NFL debut @ Was (11/30) and tallied two tackles and a half-sack of QB Jason Campbell … appeared in games @ Dal (12/14) and vs. Car (12/21) but did not record any statistics … tackled RB Chester Taylor for a two-yard loss @ Min (12/28).
College:
A four-year starter for the Crimson Tide, registered 85 tackles, 4.5 sacks, and eight tackles for loss in his career at Alabama … recorded 24 tackles and two sacks as a senior in 2006 … tallied 18 tackles and two sacks as a junior and 23 tackles and a half-sack during his sophomore campaign.
