  • Selected by Arizona with its second pick in the fourth round (116th overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft, Watford became the first James Madison player ever selected by the Cardinals in the NFL Draft. He was just the 13th player ever drafted out of JMU and the third since 2001.
  • Made first two career starts in 2015, starting at RT the first two weeks of the season and helping the Cardinals post consecutive games without allowing a sack for just the fourth time since sacks became an official stat in 1982.

2015: Played in eight games and started first two games of the season at RT … made first career start vs. NO (9/13); helped block as Cardinals had 307 passing yards, 120 rushing yards, no sacks and no INTs, marking just the fourth time in team history the Cardinals posted 300+ passing yards and 120+ rushing yards while not allowing a sack or throwing an INT … helped the Cardinals rush for 115 yards and a TD on 28 carries and not allow a sack for the second straight game @ Chi (9/20); marked the first time since 2007 and just the fourth time since sacks became an official stat in 1982 that the team has posted consecutive games without allowing a sack … played tackle for the final three snaps of the game vs. SF (9/27) … played guard for 10 snaps in the fourth quarter @ Det (10/11) … inactive the next three games … replaced the injured Mike Iupati at guard in the second quarter @ Sea (11/15); helped Cardinals rush for 117 yards and a TD on 33 carries… played eight snaps at guard when Mike Iupati missed time in the first quarter with a stinger vs. Cin (11/22) ... inactive @ StL (12/6) … placed on injured reserve (hand) on 12/8.

2013: Active for three games during the season, but did not see action … active but DNP vs. Car (10/6), @ SF (10/13) and vs. SF (12/29) … inactive the other 13 games.

College: Appeared in 43 games with 37 starts, including starts in each of his final 35 appearances … a two-time first-team All-Colonial Athletic Association selection, he earned first-team All-American honors as a senior while serving as a team captain … the top-rated offensive lineman for the Dukes as a senior in 2012 started all 11 games while also serving as a team captain … earned All-America honors from The NFL Draft Report, Walter Camp Foundation, American Football Coaches Association, Associated Press and The Sports Network and was a first-team All-CAA selection for the second consecutive season … allowed just one sack on the year and graded out 80 percent or higher six times and 90 percent or better twice … finished with an overall mark above 85 percent for the season and had 25 knockdowns while leading an offense that ranked fourth in rushing in the CAA at 209.0 yards per game … earned All-American accolades from The NFL Draft Report and The Sports Network and was named first-team All-CAA and Roanoke Times Division I and All-Virginia second-team as a junior in 2011 … extended his starting string to 24 games while starting all 13 games at LG … helped lead the Dukes to the second round of the NCAA Division I Football Championship ... as a sophomore in 2010, took over LG duties and started all 11 games ... led the way as the Dukes rushing game finished third overall in the Colonial Athletic Association … played in eight games as a redshirt freshman in 2009, getting starts against Hofstra at LG and vs. Richmond at LT … redshirted in 2008.
