Mike Boni

Biography

Mike Boni enters his fourth season with the Cardinals after joining the team’s scouting department in June, 2008. He came to Arizona after spending two years (2006-07) with the Buffalo Bills, the first year in the pro personnel department and then in 2007 as a college scout administrator. His primary area of responsibility with the Cardinals is scouting the midwest and eastern areas of the country after spending his first two seasons as the Cardinals representative with the National Football Scouting service.

Boni started his professional career with the NFL’s New York office in 2002-03 serving as an operations intern for NFL Europe. He then returned to Ohio University where he served as a student assistant for the football team during the 2003 season.

In 2004, Boni was hired as the linebackers coach and video coordinator for Division III Frostburg State University where he spent two seasons until being hired by the Bills in 2006.

Boni graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Sciences in 2004 and then received a Master’s of Business Administration from Frostburg State in 2006.
