Sean Castle enters his first season with the Cardinals after being hired as Director, Salary Cap Management in June, 2012. A former CPA, Castle has an extensive background and experience in market research, data analytics, budget modeling, forecasting, and technology integration.
Castle comes to the Cardinals after serving as Vice President, Strategy and Market Intelligence at Bank of America for the past five years. He worked with Countrywide Financial from 2002-08 in the Market Research department after working at Digital Insight as the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis from 1999-2002.
He began his professional career as a Senior Auditor in 1992 with O’Rourke & Clark before moving to work with Maginnis, Knetchel & McIntyre and then Windes & McClaurghry. He then worked for Superior Industries in Corporate Reporting from 1996-1999.
The Bakersfield, CA native is a 1992 graduate of UC Santa Barbara where he received his degree in Business Economics. He received his CPA license in California in 1999. Castle and his wife, Kristin, have a son, Zachary.
