TERMS & CONDITIONS, CARDINALS SEASON TICKET WAITING LIST

• Season tickets may nor may not become available for purchase during any particular season. Seat availability is impacted by existing season ticket renewals.
• Wait list membership does not guarantee season tickets within any specified length of time.
• Wait list memberships are non-transferable outside immediate family members.
• Wait list members hereby authorize the Arizona Cardinals and/or its business partners to make occasional use of the names, addresses, and email addresses provided as part of registration onto the wait list.
• No more than eight (8) seats may be placed on deposit for any individual wait list account.
• A $200 per seat deposit is required for wait list membership.
• The $200 per seat deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to any balance due for season tickets purchased in the future.
• No refunds will be provided.  Wait list members removed from the list for any reason will forfeit all deposit monies paid.
• No interest is earned on deposit monies paid.
• Wait list membership seniority and placement on the list itself reflects the date when deposit payment was posted onto the account.
• All wait list members are subject to the policies and procedures established by the Arizona Cardinals Football Club.
• The Arizona Cardinals reserve the right to make any changes to the waiting list at any time, including adjusting or removing a member’s name as deemed necessary.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to become a wait list member.

  ·       Access to purchase single game ticket before they go on-sale to the general public.
  
  ·       Priority toward the purchase of tickets for home playoff games.
  
  ·       Subscription to Sidelines, the official Cardinals newsletter.
  
  ·       Subscription to Red Elert, the official online Cardinals newsletter.
  
  ·       Access to Cardinals Account Manager (online account management feature).
