Biography

Dance background: I was involved in many different sports growing up; I didn’t start dancing until high school. (For any “late bloomers” it’s never too late to follow your dreams!) I was on my high school pom-line for four years. From there, I was a part of Lindenwood University’s nationally ranked dance team. I then transferred to MIZZOU, to finish my collegiate dance career as a Golden Girl (go Tigers!).

What personal accomplishment are you most proud of? After college, I personally made the decision to travel across the country to live in Arizona. This was the first time I had been away from my family to live on my own. Since then, I have accomplished so many of my goals; including, but not limited to, dancing for the NFL!

What does being an AZCC mean to you? Being an AZCC is so much more than dance, it is to be a part of the amazing organization that is the Arizona Cardinals. Every day we are traveling across the valley meeting and learning about the community, that together, make the Bird Gang. I love that I am a part of an organization that has helped me grow into the woman I am today, surrounded by so many other strong women.

Three words that best describe you: Driven, joyful, and independent.

What are you looking forward to most this season as a Cardinals Cheerleader?: This season is already promising to be an exciting one. I am looking forward to see Steve Wilks bring a world championship to the Arizona Cardinals.

What advice would you give your younger self? Don’t sweat the small stuff!

Personal motto/Favorite Quote: My favorite bible verse: Philippians 4:8-9, and my favorite quote: “She believed she could, so she did.”

Favorite memory as a Cardinals Cheerleader: I will always remember the first time I ran out of the bird tunnel, onto the field with my team. It was unlike any other feeling; to see a 360 view of the stadium and to cheer on the Cardinals as they joined us on the field!
