A three-year starter played 52 games (43 starts) and totaled 267 tackles, 26 tackles for loss, three interceptions and four sacks … played in more career games than any other player on the 2017 Wolfpack defense and was tied for the most games played on the entire team … started all 13 games as a senior in 2017 and tied for the team lead with three interceptions to go along with 67 tackles, one tackle for loss and four passes defensed … presented with N.C. State’s Bob Warren Award for integrity and sportsmanship following his senior season … in 2016, ranked third on the team in tackles and second in tackles for loss after collecting 86 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and five passes defensed … earned defensive MVP honors in N.C. State’s Independence Bowl victory over Vanderbilt after totaling nine tackles and two sacks … as a sophomore in 2015, led the team with 77 tackles and finished with eight tackles for loss … also earned the Bill Cowher Award for Most Valuable Wolfpack linebacker as a sophomore.
