The Cardinals officially have three draft picks in the fold.

Offensive tackle Will Holden, running back T.J. Logan and cornerback Rudy Ford signed their rookie contracts on Saturday afternoon before their second rookie minicamp practice.

Holden and Logan were fifth-round picks in last month's draft. Ford was the team's sixth-rounder. All inked standard four-year deals. While draft night decided where their professional careers would begin, the signings put a bow on the process.

"Growing up as a child, you don't really think of this," Holden said. "I come from a military family. It's just 'Keep your head down and keep working.' To look up and shake (team president Michael Bidwill's) hand and sign my first contract, it's a tremendous feeling. I'm so excited."

Logan said he started to believe the NFL was a legitimate opportunity after he began to thrive in high school, but the journey was a long and tough one to get to this point.

"I know what I worked for, and it finally kind of paid off," Logan said. "I know it's not done, but doing this made me feel so much better. It was a dream of mine."

With a slotted rookie system, contracts are finalized much quicker than at points in the past. The draft picks who aren't yet signed are first-round linebacker Haason Reddick, second-round safety Budda Baker, third-round wide receiver Chad Williams and fourth-round guard Dorian Johnson.
