OFFICIAL RULES
ARIZONA CARDINALS LIMITED DROP SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
This Sweepstakes may not be used to conduct, advertise, or promote any form of gambling.
1. ELIGIBILITY.
The Arizona Cardinals Limited Drop Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the state of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC ("Club"), the National Football League ("NFL"), or any organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, or administering the Sweepstakes, or supplying the prize, or who won any sweepstakes or prize sponsored by Club, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or successor companies, and immediate family and household members thereof, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" means parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in the preceding one calendar year. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Club, which shall be final and binding in all respects. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.
The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 PM Mountain Standard Time ("MST") on December 3, 2025 and ends at 9:00 PM MST on December 3, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes, and participation in the Sweepstakes, are subject to these Official Rules. All submissions become the property of Club and will not be returned. The Sweepstakes Period will be divided into the following six (6) entry periods (each, an "Entry Period").
3. HOW TO ENTER.
To participate, you must download and install the free Arizona Cardinals mobile application ("App") on your iOS or Android smartphone device. Data rates may apply to download and use the App. Please check with your internet or wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges; participants are solely responsible for any such internet or wireless charges. Once in the App, log-in or create a new account profile using SeatGeek. All participants must login via the App in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. After you have logged into the App, click on the "Cardinals Drop" button or click the push notification for the "Cardinals Drop" to enter the Sweepstakes. Eligible participants must be in the Sweepstakes "Limited Drops" program during the applicable Entry Period and at the time of drawing (i.e., the applicable Entry Period end time as described in the chart in Section 2 of these Official Rules) in order to be entered into an applicable Entry Period drawing and eligible for the Entry Period Prize. Participants must enter each "Limited Drops" Entry Period in order to be eligible for that Entry Period. There is a limit of one (1) entry per App account/person/email address per Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of total eligible entries received for each Entry Period. Prize is non-transferrable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of Prize by winner. However, Club reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or lesser value in the event the above Prize is unavailable for any reason. Prize winner(s) are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes with respect to the entire Prize.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION.
During each Entry Period, a random drawing for the winners, among all eligible entries received, will be conducted on or about December 3, 2025, by a Club representative, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Each Prize winner will be notified through the App and by e-mail or, if applicable, telephone or SMS message, and must respond or reply to the Club within twelve (12) hours. In the event a winner is unreachable, a winner's prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the winner will forfeit the prize. A forfeited prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. No substitutions are permitted except if a prize is unavailable, in which case the prize of equal or greater value may be awarded. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Prize winner(s) may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release, and Indemnification Form (collectively the "Release") that: a) releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Club, the NFL, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies, and each of their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies, and promotional sponsors from, and against, any and all harm, expense, loss, damage, liability, or injury resulting directly or indirectly from participating in the Sweepstakes or the award, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize awarded in the Sweepstakes; b) contains the winner's agreement to be bound by the Sweepstakes' Official Rules; and c) authorizes the Club to use and publicize the winner's name(s), likenesses, photographs, voices, and biographical data, free of charge, on a non-exclusive basis, for any advertising, promotional, and any other purpose, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.
If a potential winner fails to sign and return the Release to Club within the specified time period, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. Limit one prize per participant and per household.
5. PRIZE.
There will be sixteen (16) potential Prize winners. Each Prize winner will receive the Prize for the applicable Entry Period as detailed in the chart in Section 2 of these Official Rules. Total ARV of all prizing awarded in this Sweepstakes: $2,187.00.
Each Prize is awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Club. Prize items are not game worn or used. The type, size, and quality of Prize items will be determined in Club's sole discretion and subject to availability. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of each Prize or any portion thereof will not be awarded in any form. In no event will more than sixteen (16) Prize awards be awarded. The award of a Prize does not indicate any endorsement, approval, or sponsorship of this Sweepstakes by any named or implied individual or entity. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any Prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state, and local taxes, are winner's sole responsibility. Any unawarded, unclaimed, voided, or forfeited prizes will not be awarded
6. MISCELLANEOUS.
Club is not responsible or liable for: (i) lost, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, late, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected information or registrations, User ID's, or submissions; (ii) theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, submissions or registrations; (iii) failures or malfunctions of connections, cable, fiber-optics, network, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone-lines, or telephone systems; (iv) interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; (v) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in any transmission or communication; (vi) traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; (vii) typographical, printing, or other errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; (viii) the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, selections, or registrations; (ix) the selection or announcement of potential winners or the distribution of Prize; (x) the cancellation, suspension, or postponement of the 2025 NFL Season; (xi) scoring, tabulation, or timing errors; or (xii) other problems or errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic, typographical, printing, or otherwise.
By submitting an entry into the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that: (i) Club, NFL, and their respective designees may use (unless prohibited by law) participant's name, city, and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification; (ii) Club reserves the right to conduct a background check on winner and entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes participant's permission for Club to conduct such background check, provided that, to the extent additional authorization is necessary under law, participant shall authorize such check; and (iii) Club, NFL, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless, discharged, and released by the participant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to participant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to participant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the participant's participation in the Sweepstakes or participant's acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize and any travel or travel-related activity associated with or participation in this Sweepstakes.
Club reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to: (i) disqualify any participant based on the results of the background check or failure of the participant to properly authorize such check; (ii) disqualify any person who tampers with the submission process, the operation of Club's Sweepstakes page, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules; and (iii) modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) for any reason, including should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, award Prizes for completed portions of the Sweepstakes (or applicable portion of the Sweepstakes) to eligible non-suspect participants (as determined by Club) as of the date of the event requiring such termination in accordance with these Official Rules.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. USE OF DATA.
Club will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy (https://www.azcardinals.com/about-us/privacy-policy). By registering in the Sweepstakes, participants hereby agree to Club's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Club's privacy policy. The winner by acceptance of Prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Club and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice, and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
8. TAXES.
Any valuation of the Prize stated above is based on available information provided to Club, and the value of any Prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Winner must provide Club with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any Prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600.00 USD in prizes from Club will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
9. DISPUTES.
Participant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, by a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Maricopa County, Arizona without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, and shall not include, under any circumstances, attorneys' fees; and (iii) to the fullest extent permitted by law, participants waive all rights to claim or recover, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Club in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Arizona.
10. WINNERS LIST.
For the name of the winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt (within 30 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period) to: Arizona Cardinals Limited Drop Sweepstakes Winners, c/o Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC, 8701 South Hardy Drive, Tempe, AZ 85284.
