Junior Cheer and Cards Crew Program

We're excited to announce that Arizona Cardinals Jr. Cheer & Jr. Flag Crew program is back for 2026

Clinic Dates:

• June 21, 2026 (registration NOW OPEN)
• July 12, 2026 (registration will open June 22nd)

Clinic Schedule

Check-In: 1:00 PM

Clinic: 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Jr. Cheer Clinic

Enjoy 1.5 hours of instruction with the Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders! Participants will:

Learn a fun performance routine

Take photos and receive autographs

Meet Cardinals Cheerleaders

Experience what it takes to be an NFL Cheerleader

Included: Cardinals Poms

Jr. Flag Crew Clinic

Join the Arizona Cardinals Flag Runners for 1.5 hours of hands-on instruction! Participants will learn:

Flag handling techniques

Crowd engagement and hype skills

T-shirt toss fundamentals

Game day traditions and responsibilities

Included: Cardinals Hat

Training Camp Performance Opportunity

All participants will have the opportunity to perform on the field alongside the Cardinals Cheerleaders and Cardinals Flag Runners during the Arizona Cardinals Red & White Training Camp Event.

Participation is optional

Event tickets are complimentary
