Life After the NFL:

Fitness and Health is a big focus of mine, I enjoy traveling, crime show series and documentaries. Motorcycle riding is a huge passion of mine

Fun Fact:
I didn't start playing football until my senior year in high school. I was a 2-sport athlete and needed an 3rd sport in order to have a chance to win regional athlete of the year; which I was able to win and have my name entered into the Savannah Hall of Fame. I really didn't begin to understand the game until I was a junior in college.

I was naturally a baseball player, had my first workout with the Braves at age 15 and was drafted out of high school to play baseball. My mother said no, schoolwork comes first!
