Contest Rules & Regulations:

  1. BetMGM Sportsbook at State Farm Stadium will offer a weekly contest during the 18-week 2026-27 pro football season and will also include select college football games.
  2. All participants must be an MGM Rewards member.  Entry is free.
  3. Must be 21 or older.
  4. The BetMGM Pigskin Pick 'Em will be administered via sports betting kiosks at BetMGM Sportsbook at State Farm Stadium.
  5. This contest is free to enter and no purchase required or permitted.
  6. BetMGM management reserves the right to remove a game for selection at any time.
  7. Participants must submit their weekly entries in person at the kiosk with their MGM Rewards card.
  8. If a participant submits entries using an MGM Rewards card other than their own, that participant and the participant to whom the MGM Rewards card belongs will both be eliminated from the contest and will not be eligible for any prize for the remainder of the promotion.
  9. Entries for week one can be placed starting on August 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET.
  10. Entries for the remaining 17 weeks can be placed starting on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM ET.
  11. Entries for each week must be placed by Sunday at 1:00 PM ET.
  12. No entries will be allowed from Sundays at 1:01 PM ET through Tuesdays at 10:59 AM ET.
  13. Games in progress before 1:00 PM ET on Sundays will be removed from available selections as they start, including but not limited to professional football Thursday games, college games and professional football games played in foreign countries.
  14. Point spreads for the games in this contest will be set upon the contest opening on Tuesday mornings and will be locked for the week.  Spreads will not be adjusted once games are open for the contest.
  15. A participant will select the winners against the point spread for 10 college or pro football games scheduled for the particular week to be played between Thursday and Sunday . Each correct selection against-the-spread earns one (1) point; a participant's total weekly score is the total number of correct picks out of ten (10); the ten (10) participants with the highest weekly scores win and are ranked highest to lowest, with the Sunday night total-points guess which is determined by the closest to the total points without going over as the tie breaker. In the event of another tie, the second tie-breaker will be determined by the time of entry. The participant with the earliest entry by date and time will be declared the winner.  If there are less than ten (10) participants in a given week, each winner will receive a maximum reward of $100 in BetMGM Online Bonus Bets.
  16. Limited to one entry per week.
  17. Participants with more than one entry per week will be disqualified.
  18. To be considered a winner, a team must cover the assigned point spread for their game.
  19. Each game must be official in order to qualify as a winner.  Games are official after 55 minutes of play.  BetMGM does not recognize suspended games (after they have met the minimum time or length requirement specified), protests, or overturned decisions.
  20. Overtime periods are counted in the final score.
  21. BetMGM will have at least 13 games available for a participant to choose from in order to make their 10 selections.
  22. "Eligible Selection" means a participant's complete and timely submission, through a designated kiosk at BetMGM Sportsbook at State Farm Stadium using the participant's own MGM Rewards card, of picks for ten (10) college or professional football games made available by BetMGM for the applicable Promotional Week, together with the required Sunday night game total points tiebreaker. To qualify, the submission must comply with these Terms and Conditions, be received before the applicable weekly deadline, and not be voided, cancelled, withdrawn, duplicated, or otherwise deemed invalid by BetMGM.
  23. Cancelled and/or postponed games are considered a win for both teams.  Any game not played on the original date but rescheduled for a future date, for purposes of this contest, is considered "postponed".
  24. In addition to selecting 10 games against the point spread per week, a participant will also be required to input the total points for the Sunday night pro football game which will act as a weekly tie-breaker.  For example, if two or more participants have the same record in a given week which is the best record of all participants, the participant with the closest guess for the Sunday night game total, without going over, will be declared the winner. In the event of another tie, the second tie-breaker will be determined by the time of entry. The participant with the earliest entry by date and time will be declared the winner.
  25. BetMGM is not responsible for incorrectly entered or missed selections.
  26. Once the participant selects the submit button at the kiosk, selections are considered final and cannot be changed.
  27. It is the participant's responsibility for verifying the accuracy of their selections prior to selecting the submit button.
  28. Winners of the weekly prize receive their share of BetMGM Online Bonus Bets. A total pool of $1,000 in BetMGM Online Bonus Bets will be awarded weekly and divided evenly amongst those participants who finish in 1st through 10th place. For the avoidance of doubt, each of the ten (10) winners will receive $100 in BetMGM Online Bonus Bets. If there are less than ten (10) participants in a given week, each winner will receive a maximum reward of $100 in BetMGM Online Bonus Bets.  BetMGM Online Bonus Bets will be loaded to winners' BetMGM App and will be available starting at Noon on the Wednesday following the previous week's entry period and are valid for seven (7) days. Rewards cannot be withdrawn or cashed out. BetMGM is not responsible for abandoned Rewards.
  29. BetMGM may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this promotion.
  30. BetMGM is not responsible for (a) electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in an inability to participate or other loss, (b) theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, (c) lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by BetMGM, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant's ability to participate in the promotion.
  31. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of BetMGM which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, BetMGM reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  32. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall be resolved by the BetMGM management in a manner that is fair to all parties.
  33. All participants agree to grant BetMGM unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotional use without compensation, consideration, notice review or consent.
  34. MGM Resorts and BetMGM team members and employees are not eligible for this promotion. Please see Section 3 below for information regarding eligibility.

How to Enter this Contest in 3 Easy Steps:

  1. Visit the BetMGM Sportsbook at State Farm Stadium, Glendale, Arizona during the "Promotional Period".
  2. Swipe your MGM Rewards Card at the sportsbook kiosk (not applicable to mobile/web).
  3. Place an Eligible Selection during the "Promotional Period", per the rules and regulations stated above. One-time entry per week per person during the Promotional Period.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS SPORTS PROMOTION:

2. This "Sports Promotion" is open to participants who, at the time of entering, are located in the BetMGM Sportsbook at State Farm Stadium, are at least 21 years old, are not on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and who have not already entered for the applicable Promotional Week. This Promotion is exclusively available on BetMGM kiosks.  Promotion is not available on BetMGM Arizona app/web platform. 3. Employees, officers, directors, members and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (the "Promoter"), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with the Promoter (collectively, "Promotion Entities"), as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Promoter additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in the Sports Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on a participant's wagering patterns or wagering history.

HOW TO ENTER THIS SPORTS PROMOTION:

4. To enter this Sports Promotion, a participant must, during the Promotional Period, visit the BetMGM Sportsbook at State Farm Stadium in Arizona and submit an Eligible Selection at the kiosk using their MGM Rewards card. No purchase or wager is required to enter. Only one entry per week per customer during the Promotional Period is eligible for this Sports Promotion.

5. A selection will not be considered as an Eligible Selection for the purposes of this Sports Promotion if for any reason it becomes void, in whole or in part, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

6. After placing your Eligible Selections, you will be entered into the contest ("Entry"), pursuant to the contest rules stated above. You may only claim one entry per week during the Promotional Period.

RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR REWARD:

7. The BetMGM Online Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn at any time.

8. Any other restrictions in the Promoter's Terms of Service which are not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Sports Promotion shall also apply.

IMPORTANT TERMS:

9. BetMGM will have complete discretion over interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and administration and operation of the promotion. Decisions of BetMGM will be final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. BetMGM reserves the right to change or end any promotion for any reason, including, without limitation, legal and/or regulatory reasons.

10. By entering and/or claiming this promotion, each participant agrees for participant and for participant's heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless BetMGM, its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with BetMGM, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, "Released Parties") from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such participant's participation in this promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the rewards(s) or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to defend and indemnify Released Parties from any and all claims or liability resulting or arising from this promotion and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the reward(s), including express warranties provided exclusively by reward provider that are sent along with the reward(s); (c) to the posting of such participant's name on BetMGM's website and/or mobile application and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for this promotion and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in this promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of BetMGM, which are binding and final. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from this promotion or forfeiture of the reward(s) at BetMGM's sole discretion.

11. Released Parties shall not be liable to any participant or any other person for failure to supply the reward or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond BetMGM's sole control ("Force Majeure Event"). A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as "COVID-19"), or (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.

12. Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in this promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant's participation in this promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.

13. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law

14. BetMGM reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of the promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.

15. BetMGM reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the promotion.

16. Upon request for cancellation, BetMGM will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player's interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
