Stadium Policies
Accessibility (ADA)
Assistive Listening Devices Assistive Listening Devices (ALD's) are available at all four Guest Services offices which are located along on Main Level (near Sections 104 & 123) and Terrace Level (Sections 417 & 448). Fans will be asked to leave a valid driver's license or other form of identification when the ALD is checked out.
*Accessible Parking: *All Sportsman's Park carparks and most off-site game day carparks have signed accessible parking spots. Vehicles must have a valid Cardinals mobile parking pass to enter Sportsman's Park or off-site game day parking areas. A state-issued ADA hangtag or license plate is required to park in a signed disabled spot. Please contact the Cardinals Ticket Office at 602/379-0102 for more information on accessible parking. Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessible Cart Service:
Courtesy cart service is available for disabled fans from accessible parking areas to the stadium plaza security checkpoints. These carts are for disabled fans and one companion only. The carts will only take fans to the closest entrance as there is no cart service available inside State Farm Stadium. The cart service will be available two hours prior to the game until one hour following the conclusion of the game. Post-game fans should wait at the ADA Shuttle Tents adjacent to where they were dropped off by the Accessible Cart and check-in with the Guest Service team member under the tent to schedule a ride back to their vehicle within Sportsman's Park. Accessible Carts DO NOT give rides to carparks outside of Cardinals carparks. Please note that ADA cart service is only available within Sportsman's Park Carparks, BLU Lot G, and the Black Lot.
Accessible Seating:
Accessible seating is located on all levels at State Farm Stadium, including all Lofts and field boxes. All levels can be accessed by the elevators located near the five stadium entrance locations. One power outlet is available at each accessible seating platform for the use of guests with electric wheelchairs and other medical equipment.
Alcohol Service Policy
Team members at State Farm Stadium strongly encourage all fans to exercise responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Fans should be aware of the following policies during Arizona Cardinals games:
â—Ź Fans may only purchase two (2) alcoholic beverages per person, per transaction.
â—Ź Individual serving sizes may not exceed 25 ounces for beer, 9 ounces for wine, and 1.5 ounces for distilled spirits, which should never be sold in double servings.
â—Ź Age identification will be checked for everyone purchasing alcoholic beverages who appears to be under thirty (30) years of age.
â—Ź State of Arizona law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21).
â—Ź Fans providing alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) will be ejected and subject to arrest.
â—Ź Alcohol sales will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter. *
â—Ź Fans who appear intoxicated will not be served.
* Alcohol Sales will continue on Club Level, Loft Level, and in Luxury Seating (1) hour post-game for Club, Loft and Luxury guests only.
Cardinals Code of Conduct
The Arizona Cardinals are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans at State Farm Stadium, Sportsman's Park, and throughout our parking areas. Our staff will promptly intervene to support an environment free from unruly or disruptive behavior including the following:
Cashless
State Farm Stadium is 100% cashless for the ease of our fans. Cash to Card/ Reverse ATMs are located on the Main Level at Sections 104 & 123, and on the Terrace Level at Section 416. Fans from the Flight Deck can be directed to the Offices entrance next to the Box Office for an additional Cash to Card/Reverse ATM. There is also a standard ATM at Section 124.
Clear Bag Policy
The NFL Public Safety Policy includes the type of bag fans can bring inside State Farm Stadium. This will also speed entry on game day. Here is everything you need to know for a safer, more convenient day at the stadium.
• Bags/Totes, Backpacks, Fanny Packs or Cinch Bags that are clear (see-through) plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12"x12"x6"
• One-gallon clear (see-through) plastic freezer bag
• Small clutch bags including wallets not to exceed 4.5" x 6.5" x 2" (approximately the size of a hand), with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
Compliments and Concerns
We value the compliments and concerns from all fans that come to State Farm Stadium. Fans can express their comments in person at any of the four Guest Services Booths, which are located along the Main Level (near Sections 104 & 123) and Terrace Level (Sections 417 & 448), as well as, via text message at 623/400-2210.
Emergency Evacuation Plan
All fans at State Farm Stadium should familiarize themselves with the emergency evacuation plan. The most important thing you can do in the event of an emergency is be prepared. The first step is to be familiar with the closest emergency exits to your seat location. It is always a good idea to identify two emergency exits should one be unavailable due to the nature of the emergency. Families and groups should pre-designate a meeting location outside of the stadium in the event of an evacuation. If you have any questions about the location of emergency exits please refer to the stadium diagrams in this guide or contact a guest service or security team member for assistance. It is important to remain calm and follow the instructions of security team members during an evacuation. Please remember, for the safety of all, everyone should leave in an orderly manner.
Family Friendly Information
Changing Stations: All men's, women's and family restrooms at State Farm Stadium are equipped with baby changing stations.
Entry Process & Ticketing Information for Children:
Security Screening – In accordance with NFL Best Practices for Stadium Security, below is what you can expect upon arrival to State Farm Stadium:
â—Ź Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Guests are encouraged to enter early as security checkpoints are the busiest during the 30 minutes leading up to kickoff.
â—Ź Metal detectors will be used to screen all fans at the security checkpoints.
â—Ź Prior to screening, fans will be asked to keep all items in their hands or pockets and to proceed through the metal detectors.
â—Ź All bags and carry-in items should be placed on the table next to the metal detectors for inspection if you alert on your first pass through screening. Please have bags open for security team members and be prepared to remove or open any item, if requested.
â—Ź Physical pat-downs will be a last resort for any fans who cannot pass through the magnetometer without alarms.
â—Ź Fans electing not to consent to the metal detector screening, physical pat down, or bag search will be denied entry into State Farm Stadium.
â—Ź Failure to comply with stadium policies will result in denied admittance. As we work to provide a safe environment for fans to enjoy the game, we ask that you report any suspicious activity to the nearest security team members or uniformed law enforcement officer.
● Ticketing – Children 24 months of age or younger are permitted entry inside State Farm Stadium without a ticket provided they obtain a "lap pass" prior to entry. Adults can request a lap pass from stadium team members scanning tickets at the entrance gates. The child receiving the lap pass must be present when the pass is issued. There is a limit of one lap pass per adult game ticket.

● Breast Pumps – Nursing Mothers can enter the stadium with breast pumps supplies at any gate. While breast pumps are not subject to the clear bag policy, they will be subject to search at the gates.
● Blankets and/or additional clothing – subject to inspection at the gates.

â—Ź Large Strollers, Wagons & Car Seats are prohibited. State Farm Stadium allows smaller, umbrella-style strollers after proper inspection however, baby carriers cannot block aisles, rows, or seats.

Family Sections (Alcohol Free):
There are three sections at State Farm Stadium in which alcohol is not permitted. Fans who hold tickets in Section 114, 424 & 432 will not be allowed to bring or consume alcohol in these areas. An alcohol free tailgate zone is also available in the East Green carpark. Please call 602/379-0101 for more information.
Family Restrooms:
Family restrooms are intended for the use of parents with small children and guests with disabilities, are outfitted with baby-changing tables and are ADA compliant. The family restrooms are located on the Main Level (near Section 114 & 136), Club Level (near Sections 204, 219, 230 & 247) and Terrace Level (near Sections 404, 421, 435 & 454.)
Food Allergies/Medical Food Needs:
Gluten free/Vegan/Vegetarian Food and Beverages options are available at select concessions stands. See pages 36-37 for a more descriptive list or visit any Guest Services Booth on game day for more information. If a guest has specific dietary/medical needs and must bring in special food items, they should contact: askquestions@cardinals.nfl.net or call 602/379-0101 prior to game day for additional information.

"Safe in the Seat" - Child Locator Wristbands:
Our young Cardinals fans are encouraged to stop by a Guest Services Booth and pick up a Child Locator Wristband as part of the Cardinals "Safe in the Seat" Program. The child's ticket location and contact phone number can be written on the wristband in the event a child is separated from their party. Guest Services Booths are located on the Main Level (near Sections 104 &123) and Terrace Level (Sections 417-448).
Celebration/Birthday Buttons:
Celebratory and Birthday buttons are available at all Guest Service Booths.
Designated Driver - Responsible Fan Program:
The Arizona Cardinals, Coca-Cola, Governor's Office of Highway Safety, Hensley, Bud Light, Craft Culinary Concepts, and TEAM Coalition have teamed up to implement the "Responsible Fan" Program. Fans can sign up on game day by going into the "Game day" tab on the Arizona Cardinals Mobile App or by visiting any of our Guest Services locations on the Main Level (near Sections 104 & 123) and Terrace Level (Sections 417 & 448) as well as our Club Level concierge locations, to scan a QR code. To show our appreciation for the commitment of getting home safely, all responsible fans will be awarded a coupon for one (1) soft drink or non-alcoholic beer. In addition to the complimentary beverage, five lucky (5) fans will be selected from each game's entries to win a Prize Pack. All entries will be eligible to win the grand prize presented at the final home game of the season. Fans must be 21 years of age older with a valid driver's license to participate.
Diapers and Wipes:
Changing materials for all ages and sizes are available at all Guest Services Booths.
Sensory Room/Bags:
Sensory sensitivities or challenges with sensory regulation are often experienced by individuals with autism, dementia, PTSD and other similar conditions. One of the major barriers for these individuals is sensitivity to over stimulation and noise, which is an enormous part of the environment at State Farm Stadium. The Sensory Room, presented by Roman Empire Agency, is located on the Main Concourse near the Guest Services Booth at Section 104. This sound-protected space includes sensory active wall displays, sensory toys, low lighting, bean bag chairs and sensory bags. Sensory bags can also be found at all Guest Services Booths throughout the stadium.
Privacy/Nursing Rooms:
Privacy/Nursing Rooms are located on the Club Level in the elevator atrium at Section 230.
First Aid/AED
State Farm Stadium has four First Aid locations that are available to assist fans throughout the event. The First Aid offices are located on the Main Level (near Sections 122 & 136) and Terrace Level (near Sections 416 & 448).
In the event of an emergency, AEDs are located around the stadium near the Morgan Athletic Club (for North Luxury Guests) & near Security Command (for South Luxury Guests) on Service Level, Sections 122 & 124 on Main Level, Sections 219 & 236 on Club Level, and Section 432 on Terrace Level.
Lost and Found
If you misplace an item or find something that belongs to another fan, please visit one of the Guest Service offices located on the Main Level (Sections 104 & 123) and Terrace Level (Sections 417 & 448). Guests inquiring about lost items should call the 24/7 Command Center at 623/433-7147 or complete the form at www.statefarmstadium.com/stadium-info/lost-andfound. Items are held for 30 days and then donated to a local charity. The Arizona Cardinals and State Farm Stadium are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Mobile App
Cardinals fans can easily follow the team from their mobile devices. Those interested can download the free official Arizona Cardinals application to use on their smartphone. The Cardinals mobile app is available to download by searching "Arizona Cardinals mobile" in the App Store, and Android Marketplace or through www.azcardinals. com/app. In-stadium use of the app offers features like NFL RedZone and live video and replays. This all-in-one application can be utilized not only on game day, but 365 days a year. Cardinals fans can follow the team no matter where they are. In addition to providing up-to-the-minute team news and information, fans will have access to exclusive content and features.
Parking Guidelines
â—Ź Hours of Operation: Sportsman's Park carparks and other Cardinals parking areas open four (4) hours prior to kickoff and close one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game. Please follow the direction of law enforcement as vehicles cannot stage on or block the flow of traffic on city streets prior to the opening of carparks and lots. Vehicles are not permitted to park overnight prior to game day.
â—Ź Parking Passes: Arizona Cardinals parking is fully digital. Fans will be able to access their digital parking pass via the Cardinals Mobile App. Click the "My Tickets" button on the Cardinals Mobile Home Screen to sign in and view your parking location and pass. Please remember to have your phone fully charged, as your phone will hold your parking pass and game ticket. To expedite entry into our carparks, fans are strongly encouraged to have their digital parking pass open and ready to be scanned prior to approaching the stadium.
â—Ź Parking Spaces: A mobile parking pass is valid for one (1) parking space only. Trailers of any kind are not permitted. Parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis, and cannot be reserved or saved. Groups that wish to park together must arrive at the same time. The dimensions of an ADA Parking Stall are 10.9'x18'. The dimensions of a Standard Parking Stall are 8.5'x18'.
â—Ź Oversized Vehicles: The only oversized parking area is Lot F which opens 4 hours and 30 minutes prior to kickoff. Each oversized vehicle must have a valid "Lot F Oversized Vehicle" mobile parking pass for access and is valid for one (1) parking space and one (1) vehicle only. Maximum parking space length is 45 feet.
â—Ź Sprinter Vans/Limos: In most instances, sprinter vans cannot be accommodated within the standard carpark stalls. Please call 602/3790102 for detailed information and assistance. Limos can only be accomodated in the Black Lot. Please ensure you have the appropriate digital parking pass and follow the instructions of parking team members.
â—Ź Speed Loading: Fans are asked to follow the direction of the parking team members to quickly park their vehicle.
â—Ź Prohibited Items and Activities: The following items and activities are not permitted: weapons or explosives of any kind, fireworks, unmanned aircraft systems (drones, etc.), glass containers, golf carts, Segways, skateboards, roller blades, bicycles, scooters, hover boards and other non-licensed motorized vehicles. signage, posters, flags or displays that are identified by security personnel and deemed inappropriate, political in nature or offensive, are also prohibited.
â—Ź Commercial Activity: The sale of goods or services, advertising, or the display of commercial signage on vehicles is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection, or arrest. Vehicles with exterior advertising can be stopped from entering the carparks, even with a valid parking pass. The placement of flyers or brochures on vehicles is also strictly prohibited.
â—Ź Safety and Security: Sportsman's Park and other Cardinals parking areas are patrolled by parking lot/security team members and law enforcement officers. Tampering or removing of any parking lot infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Items
Fans are reminded that the following items will not be permitted inside State Farm Stadium. Mobile Lockers are available on the exterior of the stadium for guests to pay to secure most prohibited items. Items cannot be held by security team members and should not be left unattended in landscape/carparks.
• Aerosol Cans
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Animals (except for documented service animals)
• Bags that do not meet NFL guidelines (must be clear and less than 12" x 12" x 6" in size)
• Banners or signs larger than 3' x 2' or with a non-sport message
• Beverages other than one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 500mL (16.9 fl. oz.) plain bottle of water (sport drinks and flavored water not permitted)
• Beverage containers – cans, glass bottles, souvenir cups, and thermoses
• Cameras with professional lenses (larger than 8 inches) and tripods/ monopods
• Chewing tobacco • Clothing deemed obscene or indecent in a public setting
• Coolers of any kind
• E-cigarettes/Vaporizer Pens
• Fireworks
• Food *(except for children under the age of two years old)
• Footballs and beach balls (inflated or deflated)

• Marijuana - Usage is illegal within State Farm Stadium and Sportsman's Park per Arizona Revised Statute 36-2851.8a

• Seat cushions except those which are one piece and have no zippers, pockets, or concealable areas
• Skateboards, golf carts, rollerblades or hoverboards
• Souvenir popcorn buckets
• Strollers, wagons, car seats
• Umbrellas larger than 12 inches in length (when collapsed)
• Unmanned aircraft systems (drones, etc.)
• Video cameras (single purpose)
• Explosives or weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, firearms and knives
• Any item deemed inappropriate or hazardous by stadium security
*Exceptions will be made for all medically necessary items after proper security inspection.
Re-Entry
In accordance with NFL and Cardinals security procedures, fans may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. There will be no exceptions to this policy. The Club and Loft Levels are exclusive to Club and Loft level ticket members. All members must have a valid game day ticket for entry to either of these levels. When leaving the Club or Loft Levels, the season ticket member must scan their game ticket to exit the appropriate level. To re-enter the Club or Loft Levels, the season ticket member will scan their game ticket back into the specific area.
Smoking/Vaping/Chewing Tobacco Notice
In accordance with the Smoke-Free Arizona Act, State Farm Stadium is a nonsmoking facility. The designated smoking location on the Main Level is located beyond the Gate 2 exterior gate. Fans on the Club, Loft and Terrace Levels can proceed to the designated smoking location on the north ramp. Please remember to keep the north ramp walk aisles clear for other fans and smoke only in the designated areas. These are the only locations guests can use tobacco products. Fans outside the stadium are reminded that they must be at least 20 feet away from any stadium entrance to smoke. E-cigarettes or vaporizer pens are not permitted inside State Farm Stadium. Use of marijuana is illegal within State Farm Stadium and Sportsman's Park per Arizona Revised Statute 36-2851.8a. Fans that do not comply with the smoking policy inside the stadium will be subject to immediate ejection.
Solicitation/Literature
Fans should be aware that the distribution of banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, digital, printed and/or painted materials is prohibited at State Farm Stadium and throughout Sportsman's Park.
Tailgating Guidelines
â—Ź Tailgating Activities: Tailgating activities can be defined as but not limited to, food preparation, music, watching television and sitting, standing and/ or loitering in a tailgate area, and is prohibited after kickoff.
â—Ź Alcohol Consumption: Excessive or underage consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated. Drinking games or any other activity that is linked to competitive or binge drinking are not permitted. Games or activities determined by security team members to be unsafe, or which could cause harm to other fans will not be allowed.
â—Ź Audio Equipment: Portable public address systems, DJs and live instruments connected to electrical amplifiers are not permitted. Large portable radios, commercial speaker systems and sound systems inside vehicles cannot be used at excessive volume levels or play music not suitable for a public setting (i.e., profanity in lyrics) as determined by parking lot or security team members.
â—Ź Food and Beverages: Fans are limited to preparing/providing food and beverages for their family and friends only. Private catering companies or the sale of food or beverage items to other fans on Sportsman's Park property or prior to game day is not permitted. Food or beverage distributed for the purpose of collecting donations is also prohibited.
â—Ź Generators: Small portable electric generators (6500W or less) are allowed; however, electrical cords cannot be placed across the parking area drive aisles, any sidewalk or create a trip hazard for other fans. Cords of any kind cannot be plugged into existing electrical outlets of State Farm Stadium or the Sportsman's Park infrastructure.
â—Ź Grills/Heaters: Natural gas or propane grills and heaters are permitted; however, charcoal/pellet grills and oil fryers are not permitted. Grills and heaters flames should be kept under control at all times and should not be placed under tents.
â—Ź Hours of Activity: Tailgating activities are permitted from the opening of all Cardinals parking areas (4 hours prior to game time) until kickoff only. Tailgating after the game has begun or post-game is not permitted.
â—Ź Parking Spaces: Tailgating in the carparks must be limited to the area directly in front of or behind the vehicle. Tents and tailgating equipment must not extend beyond the red painted fire lanes, along sidewalks and painted walkways, or other areas deemed by stadium team members as an obstruction. Tailgating in empty stalls is prohibited, even with an unused parking pass. The dimensions of an ADA Parking Stall are 10.9' x 18'. The dimensions of a Standard Parking Stall are 8.5' x 18'. Both spaces come with an additional 5' at the end of the parking spot leading up to the red fire lane line.
â—Ź Prohibited Items and Activities: Weapons or explosives of any kind, unmanned aircraft systems (drones, radio-controlled model aircraft, etc.), fireworks, glass containers, the sales of goods or services, advertising, or the display of commercial signage on tents are prohibited. Signage, posters, flags or displays that are identified by security personnel and deemed inappropriate, political in nature or offensive, are also prohibited.
â—Ź Tents: Fans are permitted to bring up to a 10'x10' shade tent for use within Sportsman's Park. Please only use above ground weights for your tents in both the carparks and grass areas and keep your tent within the red painted fire lane on the asphalt.
â—Ź Unmanned Aircraft Systems: Drones, radio-controlled model aircraft, etc. are prohibited. Possession or operation of such devices will result in immediate ejection from the area and law enforcement intervention.
â—Ź Waste: The Cardinals encourage all fans to reduce, reuse and recycle and dispose of all waste in appropriate waste and recycling containers located throughout all tailgating areas. Failure to follow any of these guidelines could result in ejection and/or removal from Sportsman's Park carparks.
Ticket Policy for Children
For Arizona Cardinals home games at State Farm Stadium, children under 24 months old do not need a ticket and can enter with a "lap pass". For players entering the NFL, the league has a minimum age rule but no maximum. A lap pass can be requested at the stadium entrance gates. The child must be present when the pass is issued.
