New for the 2019 season is SafeTix, or secure digital ticketing. This new technology allows smartphone access to digital tickets via the Arizona Cardinals mobile app. SafeTix offers an encrypted barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds. The tickets also include NFC technology that will allow fans to enter venues through a simple “tap and go” experience at venue entrances. These enhancements protect against tickets being screenshotted or photocopied and sold multiple times by unscrupulous resellers. SafeTix will allow fans to arrive at a show or game with confidence that their tickets are always 100% authentic and will dramatically reduce the amount of ticket fraud event owners are dealing with on event day.

How To Access Your Tickets

1. Open the Arizona Cardinals app.

2. Choose "TICKETS" in the navigation menu, then scroll and choose "MANAGE YOUR TICKETS."

3. "SIGN-IN TO CARDINALS ACCOUNT MANAGER" with your email address and password (same as your online account).

4. Select the game you want to manage.

5. View your tickets before you go. They’re always ready in the App, even when WiFi is slow.

6. Have your tickets ready on your phone before you get to the gates.

7. Show your mobile ticket at the gate.

*Tickets will be available for season ticket members once the account is paid in full.*

How To Transfer Your Tickets

Once you have signed in to your account, select the game you wish to transfer.

1. Select "TRANSFER."

2. Choose the tickets you want to send then select the "TRANSFER" button.

3. Either select a recipient from your contacts or manually enter the information.

4. Tap “Transfer.” If you are sending via email, the process is complete. If you are selecting from your contacts or manually entering a phone number, the app will open your messaging app and you must click send to complete the transfer.

How To Sell Your Tickets

Once you have signed into your account, select the game you wish to sell.

1. Select "SELL."

2. Choose the tickets you want to sell then select the "SET PRICE" button.

3. Enter the price, then tap “Payout Method.”

4. You can select to be paid via direct deposit or seller credit (applied to your Cardinals account). Select your preferred option, then click “Confirm.” You can edit or cancel the listing at any time.

How To Claim Tickets Transferred To You

1. If you are receiving tickets from a friend, you will first need to claim the tickets.

2. You will receive an email or text with a link directing you to log in to your Cardinals Account Manager account or create a new account.

3. You will use a browser to claim the tickets: Safari or Chrome on a mobile device or any browser on a desktop computer.

4. After claiming the tickets, you will download the Arizona Cardinals Mobile App to access your mobile tickets.

How To Create A New Ticket Account

1. Click here to go to Cardinals Account Manager.

2. Click Sign In/Sign Up.

3. Under the Sign In button click on “Don’t have an account? Click Here.”

4. Create an account with your name, email address and a password you select.

5. Click Sign Up.

Season Ticket Membership Card

Season ticket members can use SafeTix via the Arizona Cardinals mobile app or can use their Season Ticket Membership Card to enter the game.

Use your card just like a paper ticket and tap the card at the gate for entry. Season Ticket Members have one card per seat on an account. Each card is enabled with an RFID chip that allows you to tap the card at the scanner and go. The Season Ticket Member Season Ticket Card is best for those that are coming to every home game.​

How do I create a new Cardinals Ticket Account?

Using a desktop computer: To access the Cardinals Account Manager please visit https://am.ticketmaster.com/cardinalsnfl/. For those accepting tickets for the first time, click the “Sign In/Sign Up” option. You will see “Don’t have an Account? Click Here." Click on that and then you will be able to create your account.

Using the Arizona Cardinals mobile app: Open the app, click on TICKETS on the home page. Then click MANAGE YOUR TICKETS button. Press FORGOT PASSWORD and select Cardinals Account. On the next screen you will click on “Sign Up.”

When will tickets be available to manage in the app?

Once the account is paid in full, Season Ticket Members can access tickets in the Arizona Cardinals mobile app. Single-game ticket buyers will be able to access tickets immediately after purchase.

How do I access my tickets on my smartphone?

1. Download and launch the Arizona Cardinals mobile app.

2. Choose TICKETS in the middle navigation menu, then scroll and choose MANAGE YOUR TICKETS.

3. "SIGN-IN TO MY CARDINALS ACCOUNT" with your email address and password (same as your online account).

Why can’t I add tickets to Apple Wallet?

The “Add to Wallet” button will be available for your SafeTix TBD. Please be sure to keep the Arizona Cardinals mobile app updated regularly.

What if I forgot my password?

Click the “forgot password” link and a new password will be emailed to you.

Can I print my ticket from home?

No. This year all tickets are fully digital. Cardinals Season Ticket Members will use their Season Ticket Membership Card OR a mobile device using the Arizona Cardinals mobile app. Your phone or your card is your ticket. There are no PDF tickets.

What happens if my ticket doesn’t scan properly?

That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If you have ticket issues at the gate, please see a Ticket Resolution specialist.

What if I lose connectivity or can’t connect to my account at State Farm Stadium?

View your tickets before you go to the game or get to the gates. They’re always ready in the Arizona Cardinals mobile app, even when WiFi is slow. Please visit our box office for assistance.

When should I open the app to view my ticket(s)?

We recommend that you view your tickets at least 24 hours before the game. If you view tickets ahead of time, they’re always ready in the App, even when WiFi is slow.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes, however, it’s much easier to send each attendee their individual ticket. You can use the transfer tickets option to send each guest their ticket. They can then use the Arizona Cardinals mobile app to get into the game.

Where on the Cardinals Mobile App do I access my tickets?

On the main home screen of the Cardinals Mobile App, click on the TICKETS tab on the navigation bar. You will then see a MANAGE YOUR TICKETS button that you will click. That allows you to sign in and view your tickets.

What does the recipient need to do in order to claim the tickets that I sent?

The recipient will receive an email or text with a link directing them to log in or create an account on the Arizona Cardinals mobile app by clicking TICKETS on the homepage and then clicking on MANAGE YOUR TICKETS.

What if I forward tickets to the wrong person, can I recall the tickets?

Yes, you can reclaim the tickets as long as they haven’t already been accepted by the recipient by clicking “Cancel Transfer.”

For Season Ticket Members, if you sent your tickets to someone, the tickets you sent are no longer on your Season Ticket Membership Card and you will not be able to use that card to get into the game.

Can ticket holders transfer tickets after the event has started?

Yes, you can send/transfer unscanned tickets after the event has started. However, once a ticket is scanned in, the ticket can no longer be transferred.

Can I sell my tickets after the event (game) has started?

Yes, you can sell unscanned tickets up to 60 minutes after kickoff.

How do I sell a ticket?

Once you have signed into your account via the Arizona Cardinals mobile app, select the game you wish to sell.

1. Select "SELL."

2. Choose the tickets you want to sell then select the "SET PRICE" button. (Follow the prompts to finalize the posting.)

How do I get the Official Cardinals App?

The Official Arizona Cardinals mobile app can be downloaded for free by visiting azcardinals.com/app for links or searching in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter State Farm Stadium?

No. Screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted. The new system generates a new bar code every few seconds so screenshots would not work. You can access your tickets through the Arizona Cardinals mobile app.

I have routinely transferred tickets to friends/coworkers in the past. Has that process changed?

The only change is that PDF tickets no longer exist. However, tickets transferred to friends and family will be available via the Cardinals account manager on the Arizona Cardinals mobile app. Simply open the app, click on TICKETS on the home screen and click MANAGE YOUR TICKETS.

We encourage you to communicate in advance with whomever you may transfer tickets to and make sure they have a smartphone device to accept and view tickets. They will need to log in or create a My Cardinals Account to access the tickets on the Arizona Cardinals mobile app.

What if my entire party is not with me when I enter State Farm Stadium?

Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter State Farm Stadium. If your party is not with you, you are able to transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately.

What does "MANAGE YOUR TICKETS" mean?

This button appears in the Arizona Cardinals mobile app once you click on TICKETS on the main screen of the app. This button gets you into Cardinals Account Manager which you can use to access and view your tickets on your smartphone for entry, transfer tickets to friends or family and post tickets for resale directly on Ticketmaster's Ticket Exchange.

What if my smartphone battery dies?

If your smartphone battery dies before entering State Farm Stadium, you can visit the Customer Service windows at the Box Office.

What if my screen is cracked on my smartphone?

Depending on the location and severity of the cracked screen you may have to visit the Box Office for assistance.
