Day 1, September 13th and 14th:

Hello Cardinal fans! Kaylee here! We all arrived at Sky Harbor at 5:45 in the morning. We are all so excited for what is in store for us. This is actually my first time flying internationally…this should be quite the experience! Our first flight, to Washington D.C, was about 4 hours long and went by incredibly fast! When we arrived in D.C, we had a three hour layover.

Kalani, Erin and I were fortunate enough to have gotten the honor of wearing sombreros around the airport because we use them in one of our performances in our show! Anyhow, everyone was staring and trying not to laugh at how silly we looked.  After grasping everyone's attention and getting a bite to eat it was time to board the plane! The plane ride was 12 hours long. We all watched movies, ate, and slept. Everything went very smoothly!

When we drove up to the base in Kuwait it was so neat to actually see this is in real life! I have only seen stuff like this in the movies. We got a little tour of the base and were able to do a little shopping for souvenirs. There were no shows or meet and greets today, but we cannot wait to tell you about the shows to come!
