The Cardinals are officially in the playoffs but are waiting to see their official seeding. With a game remaining, here is a look at how the conference's playoff picture is turning out.

No. 1 Green Bay Packers (13-3): The Packers clinched the NFC's top seed for the second consecutive season after defeating Minnesota on Sunday. The Packers will face Detroit in Week 18.

No. 2 Los Angeles Rams (12-4): The Rams have won five consecutive games after defeating Baltimore on Sunday. The victory also moved the Rams up the standings and above Tampa Bay based on the Rams' head-to-head win in Week 3. If the Rams beat San Francisco at home in Week 18 (or the Cardinals lose), they will win the NFC West title.

No. 3 Tampa Bay Buccaneers (12-4): The Buccaneers defeated the New York Jets Sunday in dramatic fashion, a week after clinching the NFC South title. The Buccaneers remain contenders to finish with the second seed and will host Carolina in Week 18.

No. 4 Dallas Cowboys (11-5): The Cowboys' loss to the Cardinals on Sunday dropped them in the standings and ended their hopes of earning the NFC's top position. The Cowboys are at Philadelphia in Week 18.

No. 5 Arizona Cardinals (11-5): The Cardinals snapped a three-game losing streak Sunday in Dallas to prevent Los Angeles from clinching the NFC West title for the second consecutive season. The Cardinals will host Seattle in Week 18, still with a chance to win the division. They need to win and a Rams' loss to be division champs.

No. 6 San Francisco 49ers (9-7): The 49ers got a much-needed win Sunday against Houston after losing to Tennessee last week to remain in the thick of the playoff picture. The 49ers will go to Los Angeles in a divisional battle in Week 18 controlling their own destiny for a playoff spot.

No. 7 Philadelphia Eagles (9-7): The Eagles have won six of its last seven after Sunday's victory over the Washington Football Team, clinched them a playoff berth for the first time since 2019. Philadelphia will host Dallas in Week 18.

In the Hunt: New Orleans Saints (8-8)

What's on the line for the Cardinals in Week 18: If the Cardinals beat the Seahawks and the Rams lose to the 49ers, the Cardinals win the division and the No. 3 seed. A Rams win, regardless of the Cardinals result, locks the Cardinals into the No. 5 seed. The Cardinals could still be the No. 2 seed with a win, and losses by the Rams and Buccaneers.
