Andrew Caskin is in his eighth season with the Cardinals and first as an Area Scout following his appointment in May, 2026.
He spent the past five years as a Pro Scout following his promotion to that role in February, 2021. Caskin originally joined the team in May, 2019 as a scouting assistant and spent two years (2019-20) in that position.
Caskin attended William & Mary where he was a three-time all-conference tight end and a semifinalist for the 2017 Campbell Trophy given to the college football player with the best combination of academics, community service and on-field performance. He served as a team captain as a senior and totaled 86 receptions for 868 yards and seven touchdowns in 43 career games.
Following his collegiate playing career, Caskin participated in rookie minicamp with the Cardinals in 2018 and was later drafted by the Atlanta Legends of the Alliance of American Football.
A Rockville, MD native, Caskin graduated with a degree in Marketing in January, 2019. He and his wife, Shae, live in Gilbert, AZ.
