Joshua Pierrejean is in his third season with the Cardinals and first as an NFS Scout (National Football Scouting) after being promoted in May, 2026. He originally joined the Cardinals in March, 2024 and worked as a scouting assistant for two years (2024-25).

Joshua Pierrejean is in his third season with the Cardinals and first as an NFS Scout (National Football Scouting) after being promoted in May, 2026. He originally joined the Cardinals in March, 2024 and worked as a scouting assistant for two years (2024-25).

Prior to the Cardinals, Pierrejean spent one year (2023) at the University of Pittsburgh as Assistant Director of Player Personnel and four years (2019-23) at Boston College where he first served as a personnel and recruiting analyst before being promoted to the Assistant Director of Player Personnel.

During his time at Boston College, their recruiting rankings rose considerably as the Eagles had two consecutive classes (2021-22) ranked among the top-40 in the country and top-10 in the ACC.

Pierrejean played football collegiately at Bridgewater State and was also a member of the track and field team. He graduated from Bridgewater State in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and received his master's degree in Sports Administration from Boston College in 2022.
