Biography

NoteCARDS:

  • Signed a one-year contract with the Cardinals on 5/13/24 after playing with Buffalo (2017-19), Las Vegas (2019-21) and Jacksonville (2022-23).
  • In his first seven seasons (2017-23), appeared in 104 games (67 starts) during the regular season and had 287 receptions for 3,028 yards and 18 TDs. Also played four postseason contests (three starts) and had 20 receptions for 238 yards and two TDs.
  • Has made the postseason with all three teams he has played for in his NFL career.
  • After posting 12 TD catches in his first 90 career games, enters 2024 with six TD receptions in his last 14 games played.
  • Has three career games with 100+ receiving yards and three outings with multiple TD catches.
  • Left East Carolina University owning the FBS career (399) and single-season (158 in 2016) records for receptions. Jones (4,279) also became just the 19th player in FBS history to surpass 4,000 career receiving yards.
  • Father, Robert Jones, played linebacker for 10 seasons (1992-2001) in the NFL with the Cowboys, Rams, Dolphins and Commanders, and was a three-time Super Bowl champion with Dallas. Brother, Cayleb Jones, also played in the NFL with the Vikings and Eagles. His uncle (mom's brother) is Jeff Blake, who played QB in the NFL for 14 seasons (1992-2005), including in 2003 as the Cardinals starter.
