Unable to make the game? Turn your unused tickets into a tax-deductible donation and allow the Cardinals to create an experience for those who may not otherwise have the chance to attend through the Arizona Cardinals non-profit partners. Donating can be done on your phone or computer by following the three easy steps listed below, or by clicking the "Donate" link. We will even take care of the tax receipt, which will be sent to the email on file for your tickets at the end of the season, listing your ticket donations to Cardinals Charities.
Please note, donations must be sent at least 3 business days before kickoff
How To Donate
On The App
- Open the Cardinals Mobile App and navigate to your tickets
- Click on the individual game you wish to donate
- Click "Send" and "Transfer Tickets"
- Enter the donation email address of: TicketDonation@cardinals.nfl.net
- Confirm the quantity of tickets you wish to donate and hit "Send Tickets"
Through Your Web Browser
- Visit azcardinals.com/am and login to your account
- Click "Transfer" at the top of the page and choose the game(s) you wish to donate and hit "Continue with # event(s)
- Select the ticket(s) you wish to donate and click "Continue with # tickets"
- Enter the donation email address of : TicketDonation@cardinals.nfl.net
- Confirm that everything looks correct and hit "Transfer Now"
