Adrian Wilson and Quentin Harris are among several members of the Cardinals' player personnel department who received promotions on Tuesday.

Harris has been elevated to vice president of player personnel, while Wilson, a former Pro Bowl safety for the team, has been promoted to vice president of pro personnel.

Harris was the team's director of player personnel the past two seasons and has been with the Cardinals since signing on as a pro scout in 2008. He played safety for the team from 2002 to 2005.

Wilson, a Ring of Honor member, joined the Cardinals' scouting department after his retirement in 2015. He spent the past two seasons as the team's director of pro scouting. Both Harris and Wilson work closely with General Manager Steve Keim to build the 53-man roster each season.

Dru Grigson has been promoted to director of player personnel. Grigson, who was assistant director of player personnel the past two seasons, has been with the franchise since starting as an area scout in 2008.

Additionally, Andrew Caskin has been promoted to a pro scout after working as a scouting assistant since joining the team in 2019.

On the football operations side of the organization, Matt Caracciolo has been promoted to vice president of football operations and facilities. Caracciolo, who has been with the Cardinals for 10 seasons and in the NFL for 19, manages the day-to-day operations of the team.

Caracciolo played a vital role in helping the Cardinals navigate the COVID-19 protocols that were implemented last offseason.
