Hey there Cardinals Fans!!!

My name is Ashley and I am so honored to be selected as the Cheerleader of the Week!! First off, I am so fortunate to be a part of such an amazing organization which is greatly supported by the best fans in the NFL! I would like to say thank you for all of your support and dedication to the Cardinals each and every week! It is such an amazing feeling to have such wonderful fans which makes this experience even more exciting for us!

This is my Rookie year being a Cheerleader for the Arizona Cardinals. I was born and raised in Arizona so it is such an honor in order to cheer for my home team, whom I have always admired due to their hard work and dedication!

I recently just graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Kinesiology. Outside of being a Cardinals Cheerleader, I am also a gymnastics coach and enjoy spending as much time as I can in the gym helping other athletes become the best they can be! I spent many hours a day in the gymnastics community growing up as well as dancing so I am very fortunate to continue my passion being a part of the Cardinals organization.

In my free time I enjoy being with my family, relaxing in the sun and traveling! I am so grateful for this experience and it is such an honor to be a part of 32 amazing girls who are all beautiful, smart and talented. I cannot wait to see what the rest of the 2010-2011 season has in store for us.
