Has appeared in 101 regular season games (65 starts) and completed 1,391-of-2,246 passes (61.9%) for 14,766 yards, 76 TDs and a passer rating of 86.4 to pair with 283 carries for 1,145 yards (4.0 avg.) and 16 TDs on the ground.
  • Brissett's 1.4 career INT percentage (32 INTs on 2,246 pass attempts) is tied with Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers for the lowest in NFL history (min. 1,500 attempts).
  • Appeared in 14 games (12 starts) in his debut season with Arizona, completing 315-of-485 pass attempts (64.9%) for 3,366 yards, 23 TDs and a 94.1 passer rating. Finished the year having set career highs for pass attempts, completions, completion percentage, passing yards, passing TDs and passer rating.
  • His 3,366 passing yards and 23 TD passes are both the most in Cardinals history in a player's first 12 starts with the team.
  • Threw at last one TD pass in all 12 starts, had multiple TD passes in 10 starts, 250+ passing yards in eight starts and 300+ passing yards four starts.
  • Passed for 200+ yards and 2+ TDs in 10 games, the most such performances by a Cardinals QB in a single season in franchise history. He also joined Hall of Famers Kurt Warner (1999 with STL) and Peyton Manning (2012 with Den) as the only QBs to accomplish the feat in their first 12 starts with a team.
  • Became the first QB in franchise history to begin his Cardinals career with at least one TD pass in each of his first 12 starts with the team.
  • Carson Palmer (11 in 2015) to have more games with 2+ TD passes in a season than Brissett had in just 12 starts in 2025 (10).
  • During his time as a starter (Weeks 6-18) in 2025, led in the NFL in completions (315), ranked 2nd in passing yards (3,366) and ranked 3rd in TD passes (23).
  • Became just the sixth different QB in franchise history with 3,000+ passing yards and 20+ TD passes in a season and joined Kyler Murray (2019) and Carson Palmer (2013) as the only QBs to accomplish the feat in their first season with Arizona.
  • In his first five starts with Arizona (Weeks 6-11), had five consecutive outings with 250+ passing yards and 2+ TD passes, tying Carson Palmer (2013-14) for the longest such streak in franchise history.
  • In the Cardinals Week 11 matchup vs. SF in '25, completed 47-of-57 pass attempts (82.5%) for 452 yards and two TDs. His 47 completions established a new NFL single-game record and he also became the first QB in NFL history to have a completion percentage of 80.0+ while attempting 50+ passes.
  • Won Super Bowl LI his rookie year with the Patriots.
  • Named NFC Offensive Player of the Week (Week 7) in 2019 after completing 26-of-39 passes (66.7%) for career highs of 326 yards and four TDs.
  • Named the Colts 2020 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year for his dedication to community service.
  • Cardinals GM Monti Ossenfort was New England's Director of College Scouting when the Patriots drafted Brissett in 2016.
