  • Signed a two-year contract with the Cardinals as a free agent on 3/11/26 after spending his first nine NFL seasons with San Francisco (2017-20, 2025) and New England (2021-24).
  • Since entering the NFL as a rookie free agent with San Francisco in 2017, has appeared in 127 games (42 starts) during the regular season with 329 receptions for 4,265 yards and 22 TDs to go along with 20 carries for 174 yards. Has also appeared in six postseason contests, adding 13 receptions for 165 yards and three TDs with one carry for 14 yards.
  • Ranks second in career receptions (329), receiving yards (4,265) and TD receptions (23) among all active NFL players who entered the league undrafted behind only Jacksonville's Jakobi Meyers (468 receptions for 5,427 yards and 23 TDs).
  • Has three career outings with 100+ receiving yard. After posting 100+ yards once in his first 114 career games, had back-to-back 100-yard performances with San Francisco in 2025. He finished each of the contests with 142 receiving yards (@ LAR in Week 5; @ TB in Week 6). Joined Puka Nacua (3 straight) and George Pickens (2 straight) as the only players in the NFL last season with 140+ receiving yards in at least two consecutive games.
  • Joined George Kittle, Terrell Owens, Jerry Rice and John Taylor as the only 49ers players since 1985 to have 5+ receptions and 125+ receiving yards in back-to-back games.
  • Completed a 25-yard TD pass to Nelson Agholor on his first career pass attempt in 2021, becoming just the eighth Patriots player to accomplish the feat.
  • Finished as the 49ers leading receiver in Super Bowl LVI with 42 yards on two receptions.
  • Became the third Patriot to have multiple TD receptions in his playoff debut with the team joining Julian Edelman and Shane Vereen.
  • Appeared in 53 games with 32 starts during his four-year career at Eastern Washington and totaled 211 receptions for 3,130 yards and 27 TDs. While at Eastern Washington, was teammates with current Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp, and the two remain close friends.
  • Started the Bourne Blessed Foundation in 2020 with the goal of giving every child the opportunity to thrive through programs focused on underprivileged youth, special needs communities and foster career and adoption services.
