NoteCARDS:

• Selected by the Cardinals in the third round (78th overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft out of Oregon. Was the seventh Oregon player ever drafted by the Cardinals, and the first since the team selected WR Bobby Moore #4 overall in the 1972 NFL Draft.

In 58 games (36 starts) at South Carolina (2020-22) and Oregon (2023-24), amassed 170 tackles, 16.0 sacks, 33.0 tackles for loss, a forced fumble, three fumble recoveries, an INT (returned 61 yards for a TD) and 11 passes defensed … as a full-time starter over his last three collegiate seasons (2022-24), started 36-of-37 games played and totaled 125 tackles, 27.0 tackles for loss, 15.0 sacks, 10 passes defensed, two fumble recoveries and a forced fumble.

2024: Played 10 games (nine starts) in his final season at Oregon … earned third-team All-Big 10 honors after posting 31 tackles, 11.0 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, six passes defensed, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery … his 11.0 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks were both career highs … ranked second among all D-Linemen in the Big 10 with six passes defensed … had a tackle for loss in seven of 10 games played and a sack in six of 10 games … named the Big 10 Defensive Player of the Week, Reese's Senior Bowl Co-Defensive Player of the Week and the Shrine Bowl Breakout Defensive Player of the Week after notching a career-high 2.5 sacks, a fumble recovery and four tackles vs. Michigan State (10/4) … received a season-high 90.1 overall grade from PFF vs. Maryland (11/9) after totaling two passes defensed and a sack on defense in addition to a 36-yard rush for a first down on a fake punt.

2023: Started 13-of-14 games played in his first season with the Ducks, finishing the year with 34 tackles, 3.0 sacks, a team high eight tackles for loss and one pass defensed … received All-Pac-12 honorable mention accolades from the conference coaches … had 3.0 sacks and 6.0 tackles for loss through the first five games of the season … posted a career-high 2.0 sacks and four tackles in a win against #19 Colorado (9/23).

2022: Started all 13 games in his final year at South Carolina and registered 60 tackles (32 solo), eight tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks and three passes defensed in his first year as a full-time starter … recorded a tackle for loss in seven of 13 games … had his first career double digit tackle game @ Arkansas (9/10), finishing with 10 tackles (four solo), a career-high two tackles for loss and a sack.

2021: Played all 13 games and made his first career start … finished the year with 26 tackles (14 solo), three tackles for loss, his first career sack, two passes defensed and his lone college INT… recorded first career INT in the season opener vs. Eastern Illinois (9/4) and returned it 61 yards for a TD … had his first sack vs. Florida (11/6) along with two tackles and a then career-high 1.5 tackles for loss.

2020: Appeared in eight games as a true freshman with the Gamecocks … finished the year with 19 tackles (nine solo) and 2.5 tackles for loss … made his college debut vs. Tennessee (9/26) and had two tackles, including one for loss … had a season-high five tackles and a half tackle for loss @ LSU (10/24).

Personal:

Attended Hammond (Columbia, SC) High School and was ranked as the #1 player in the state of South Carolina … a 5-star prospect, was named the #4 player in the nation by ESPN and a top 10 player in the country by 247Sports (#8) … was a 2019 USA Today and MAX Preps preseason All-American selection … as a senior in 2019, led Hammond to its third consecutive SCISA 3A state title and was named a USA Today All-American before being chosen as a captain for the 2020 Under Armour All-American game … spent his final three prep seasons (2017-19) at Hammond after attending Wilson (Florence, SC) High School as a freshman in 2016.
