Veteran guard Will Hernandez will be active for the first time this season against the Titans on Sunday, and the Cardinals will also have rookie cornerback Will Johnson back for the first time after missing two games.
Cornerback Max Melton, who injured his hamstring late in the week at practice, will not be able to go, although fellow cornerback Denzel Burke, who appeared Friday with a knee issue, will be active as the Cardinals shuffle the secondary yet again.
Hernandez, who tore his ACL in Week 5 of the 2024, makes his return in Week 5 this year just as starting left guard Evan Brown will have to sit this week because of a hamstring issue. The Cardinals will also have defensive lineman Bilal Nichols active for the first time since Week 6 of last season. Nichols had been out since then battling a neck injury.
