Bruce Arians publicly announced his retirement on Monday, one day after leading the team to a win in Seattle to close out the season. The victory was his 50th as head coach of the Cardinals, which set a new franchise record. Arians spent 40 seasons as a coach, with the last five coming as the head coach for the Arizona Cardinals.
