The Cardinals have only one road preseason game, but for a fourth straight season they will maximize a preseason road trip with a joint practice.
While in Denver for the Aug. 16 game against the Broncos, the teams will also have a lone workout together on Aug. 14.
When Jonathan Gannon arrived in 2023, he said he liked the idea of having practices against other teams. The Cardinals had already traveled to Tennessee for joint workouts with the Titans in coach Kliff Kingsbury's final season.
Gannon took the Cardinals to Minnesota for two practices in 2023 prior to a game against the Vikings. Last season, the Cardinals had two practices against the Colts in Indianapolis before their game.
This year, only the one practice is scheduled against Sean Payton's Broncos.
The Cardinals have an AFC West tour for their three preseason games. The team will begin OTAs next week, have mandatory minicamp on June 10-12, and will open training camp in late July. Training camp dates are yet to be announced.
