Released by Houston on 8/31/21 and was added to the team's practice squad on 9/1/21. Alternated between the Texans practice squad and active roster (COVID-19 replacement) throughout the '21 season. 2020: In his lone season with Denver, appeared in three games (one start) and completed 35-of-64 pass attempts (54.7%) for 432 yards and three TDs … also rushed six times for 28 yards … made his Broncos debut in a backup role and completed 18-of-34 pass attempts for 256 yards and two TDs @ Pit (9/20); also had two carries for five yards … made his first start with Denver and completed 17-of-30 pass attempts for 176 yards and a TD vs. TB (9/27), adding three rushing attempts for 14 yards … saw brief action @ NYJ (10/1) and rushed once for nine yards.
