Not surprisingly, the short week for new/old safety D.J. Swearinger was not enough to prep the veteran enough for the Seahawks, so he is inactive for the finale -- and the pickup was always more about 2019 anyway. The fact that safeties Tre Boston, Antoine Bethea and Budda Baker are available also makes it a numbers crunch. Injuries will keep defensive ends Markus Golden (ankle) and Benson Mayowa (neck/back) out of the lineup as well.
