Word of mouth is working for Paris Johnson Jr.
The Cardinals left tackle, who was seventh among NFL tackles in the initial Pro Bowl voting last week, moved to the top vote-getter among tackles in the most recent vote release on Monday. (The voting count is from native votes on team sites and NFL.com; it doesn't take into account social votes yet.)
Outside linebacker Josh Sweat also moved up in the voting race, going from fifth to third with his 11 sacks, trailing just Brian Burns of the Giants and Nik Bonitto of the Broncos.
Tight end Trey McBride did fall behind Travis Kelce at his position, but McBride remains second at the spot and a near-Pro Bowl shoo-in. McBride is tied with wide receiver Puka Nacua with 93 receptions with four games left.
Defensive tackle Calais Campbell fell from fifth to seventh, while return man Greg Dortch -- who was put on IR on Saturday -- remained sixth.
Voting is ongoing through Dec. 15.
