Less than a month removed from a draft that received high marks across the board, the Cardinals restructured its personnel department starting with Dru Grigson.

Grigson, whose brother is Indianapolis Colts General Manager Ryan Grigson, was named the Director of College Scouting. Quentin Harris was elevated to Director of Pro Scouting and Josh Scobey was named a pro scout.

Terry McDonough was hired as the Eastern Regional Scout, John Mancini as an area scout covering the Midwest, Glen Fox and Darius![](http://prod.static.cardinals.clubs.nfl.com/assets/images/team/KeimInfoLarge.jpg "KeimInfo") Vinnett as scouting assistants, and Debbie Pollom will serve as the College Scouting Coordinator.

Grigson, who is entering his sixth year with the team, had been the Cardinals' regional scout responsible for the eastern half of the country since 2010.

Harris was the team's assistant pro personnel director since 2010. He is also entering his sixth season.

Scobey had been a scouting assistant since 2012 after a six-year NFL career.

McDonough, whose brother Ryan was recently hired as the Phoenix Suns' general manager, spent the last 10 years with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was their director of player personnel for the last four years. Prior to joining the Jaguars in 2003, he worked for the Cleveland Browns from 1992-95 and then accompanied them to Baltimore, working for the Ravens from 1996-2003.

Mancini comes to the Cardinals after 18 years with the St. Louis Rams, the last 16 in the personnel department. Most recently he was the Director of College Scouting from 2009-12.

Fox is a South Dakota State graduate and spent the 2010 preseason with the Green Bay Packers. He also played professionally in the Arena Football League, United Football League and Canadian Football League.

Vinnett was most recently an assistant coach at Tulane University after a collegiate career at the University of Arkansas and a brief NFL career from 2007-09.

Pollom joined the Cardinals in February after 21 years with the Rams, including the last 12 as the Director of Scouting Administration.
