De'Vondre Campbell, Maxx Williams Active Against Seahawks

TE Darrell Daniels sits with ankle injury

LB De'Vondre Campbell will play against the Seahawks Thursday night.

It might be time for Isaiah Simmons to get more playing time, but at least it isn't forced upon the Cardinals.

That's because starter De'Vondre Campbell, who is dealing with a calf injury, will be active against the Seahawks Thursday night, giving defensive coordinator Vance Joseph some leeway in his schemes. Another key "questionable" player, tight end Maxx Williams (ankle), is also active, although fellow tight end Darrell Daniels (ankle) will not play.

The Cardinals made moves earlier in the day to aid the defensive line, elevating Michael Dogbe from the practice squad because Jordan Phillips and Corey Peters had to go on injured reserve. The Cards will have four healthy defensive linemen available.

The full Cardinals inactive list:

  • QB Brett Hundley
  • WR KeeSean Johnson
  • RB Eno Benjamin
  • S Charles Washington (groin)
  • OL Joshua Miles
  • OL Justin Murray (hand)
  • TE Darrell Daniels (ankle)
