NEW ORLEANS -- Kyler Murray was added to the injury report Sunday morning with an illness, but he was not given a status designation -- a good sign -- and will be active and start for the Cardinals against the Saints.
The Cardinals are relatively healthy. They did not elevate anyone from the practice squad this week, meaning everyone on the roster was basically available and they only have five players not in uniform.
One is veteran offensive lineman Will Hernandez, who had already been ruled out as he comes back from knee surgery.
The Cardinals do have all four tight ends on the roster active for the opener: Trey McBride, Elijah Higgins, Tip Reiman and Travis Vokolek. Defensive lineman Dante Stills, who was questionable for the game, is active.
The team's first inactive list of the season:
- CB Kei'Trel Clark
- RB Bam Knight
- CB Elijah Jones
- LB Xavier Thomas
- OL Will Hernandez (knee)
