For a second straight week, the Cardinals will look to see how starting quarterback Kyler Murray is responding to his foot injury into the weekend before officially determining if he will play.
The Cardinals host the Packers on Sunday.
Coach Jonathan Gannon said Murray is "doing well," in his brief comment about the QB.
Murray has been limited in practice this week and he is officially questionable for the game. During the open portion of practice on Friday, Murray was again throwing to practice squad pass catchers while Jacoby Brissett was throwing to the starters.
Brissett threw for 320 yards in last week's 31-27 loss in Indianapolis, just six yards shy of his career-best. The Cardinals had 400 yards of offense, their highest total in six games.
"There is (now) film out there of me, but whatever the case may be, when the opportunity presents itself I have to go out and do my job," Brissett said.
Gannon has reiterated that Murray will return to the lineup when he is healthy enough to play. With the team's bye coming after the Packers game, Murray will get an extra week of rest and rehab. The Cardinals play in Dallas on Monday night in Week 9 after the bye.
During an appearance on Arizona Sports on Friday, GM Monti Ossenfort was asked if Murray remained the Cardinals' quarterback "going forward."
"I know that's always a hot discussion and speculation," Ossenfort said. "We are going to continue to progress with (Murray) and see what he can do on the field (with the injury). At the same time we have to prepare if he not ready to go. We are going to continue to try and get Kyler healthy and get him in a position where he can get back to doing the things we know he can do on the football field. When he's doing that, he'll be out there.
"At the same time, if he not ready to do that, Jacoby has to be ready. ... Our focus is getting Kyler to a point where he can get back out there on the field and do the things we know he is capable of doing."
Wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., who had been in concussion protocol, was a full participant in practice on Friday, does not carry a game status designation for the game, and will play on Sunday.
