Tackle Incoming With Addition Of Free Agent Matt Pryor

Cardinals reportedly bring in veteran offensive lineman

On the second day of free agent talks, the Cardinals found another offensive lineman.

Matt Pryor will likely be more for depth, having started just 40 of 109 games in his seven-year career. He played just 12 percent of the offensive snaps for the Philadelphia Eagles, although he started 15 of 17 games for the Bears in 2024. The one-time sixth-round pick of the Eagles also played with the Colts, 49ers and Bears before returning to Philadelphia last season.

The Cardinals still are looking for a starting right tackle, with Jonah Williams and Kelvin Beachum both headed into free agency. The team will be signing guard Isaac Seumalo -- a one-time teammate of Pryor in Philly -- later this week in free agency. Paris Johnson Jr. will be the left tackle and Hjalte Froholdt the center as new coach Mike LaFleur reshuffles the offensive line.

The 6-foot-7, 332-pound Pryor has played every position on the offensive line save for center, but has mostly played on the right side and most of those snaps at guard.

Free agents can start taking physicals and signing with new teams starting at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
