As NFL records fall seemingly every other catch from Trey McBride, he is still chasing Taylor Swift fiancé Travis Kelce of the Chiefs in the final update of fan Pro Bowl voting.
McBride, who had been first among tight ends after the first announcement, was behind Kelce in the next two. McBride is on pace to break the single-season NFL record for tight ends (116) and already is the first tight end ever to have back-to-back 100-reception seasons.
Left tackle Paris Johnson Jr., sidelined right now with a knee injury, remains the top vote getter among tackles, an impressive achievement given all the high-level tackles in the NFL. Outside linebacker Josh Sweat slipped one spot to fourth at his position.
The other two Cardinals in the top 10 at their respective positions remain defensive tackle Calais Campbell, who is seventh, and return man Greg Dortch, who remains sixth but is likely out for the remainder of the season on IR with a chest injury.
Voting is ongoing through Monday night. Players and coaches each will get their vote -- with each one accounting for one-third of the final tally -- to figure out the Pro Bowl rosters. Those are expected to be announced next week.
