On his last day eligible to be put on the roster, defensive lineman L.J. Collier was activated from Injured Reserve on Wednesday.
Collier has been on IR since getting hurt Week 2 against the Panthers. The timing worked out, with rookie Walter Nolen III landing on IR this week with a knee injury.
The Cardinals also replaced departed quarterback Jeff Driskel on the practice squad, signing Logan Woodside. The team released safety Patrick McMorris from the practice squad to make room.
Collier is in his third season with the Cardinals. He missed most of 2023 on IR, getting hurt Week 1. He played all 17 games in 2024, notching 3.5 sacks, before getting hurt again this year.
Woodside has been in the NFL since 2018, spending time with the Titans -- when Cardinals GM Monti Ossenfort was in the front office -- twice, the Bengals twice, as well as the Steelers and Falcons.
Driskel signed with Washington earlier this week, leaving open the third QB spot behind Jacoby Brissett and Kedon Slovis.
