Built to last? That's what Jonathan Gannon and Monti Ossenfort plan to do while in Arizona.

The Cardinals have been forged in the desert since arriving here, however, and that's the message they want everyone to remember when they take part in the new NFL-Nike Rivalries series in 2025.

It begins against the Seattle Seahawks on Sept. 25, when the Cardinals host their NFC West rival on "Thursday Night Football." The Cardinals will debut their new Rivalries uniforms for the game.

A month earlier, on Aug. 28, the team will unveil those new uniforms – replicas of which, and related apparel, will be available to fans.

Each NFC West team, as well as the AFC East teams, will take part in the Rivalries program this season. Each team picks a single home game against a division rival, with the home team wearing a unique uniform with designs "brought to life by pulling inspiration from the history of each market and the aspects of the community that only that team's city embodies."

The uniforms -- which are in addition to the team's current options -- will be included in the team's uniform selection for three years.

The timing of the Cardinals' game means they will be the first of the eight teams to play a game in their Rivalries gear.

The other six NFL divisions will make their Rivalries debuts over the next three years, also getting a three-year run with their new look.
